As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in

ensuring our equipment and machines are assembled to the highest standards. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and

specifications to assemble machinery with precision

• Engaging in continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and quality

• Maintaining high production and quality standards while ensuring safety at all times

• Collaborating with team members to improve designs, quality, and productivity

• Participating in root cause analysis and helping resolve

non-conformities

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area

Has strong mechanical assembly experience, preferably with

packaging machinery (extra electrical skills are a bonus!)

• Has a technical high school diploma or higher and at least 2 years of technical education or 5 years of mechanical assembly experience

• Can lift up to 50lbs without assistance and is physically capable of handling the demands of the job

• Possesses excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

• Is passionate about learning and improving their skills in a hands-on, collaborative environment

• Has a strong commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of work quality
