Requirements

As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, assembling state-of-the-art machines and equipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include:


• Reading, interpreting, and following blueprints, engineering drawings, and other technical documents to assemble machinery accurately.


• Installing machines and equipment according to circuit diagrams and material lists.


• Conducting functional tests, I.O tests, yellow lining, blind tests, and test runs to ensure the highest quality standards.


• Maintaining clear and accurate test documentation (acceptance

reports, internal/external reports).


• Overseeing material flow, ensuring proper handling and reassignment as needed.


• Engaging in continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and quality.


• Prioritizing safety at all times, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


• Collaborating effectively with colleagues to meet production goals.


• Tracking daily operations and actively participating in root cause analysis for non-conformities.

Qualifications

 Strong safety and environmental awareness—you understand the importance of following procedures.


• A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.


• Proficiency in understanding assembly drawings and 3D models.


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.


• Flexibility to shift between tasks and support team schedules.


• A technical high school diploma or better.


• 5+ years of experience as an electrical assembler, or a 2-year technical degree is strongly preferred.


• Experience with machine installation, actuator, sensor technology, and control/regulation technology is a significant advantage.
