• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems, to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators, to identify and fix problems quickly.
• Maintain and operate heating, cooling, ventilation, and compressed air systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

• Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, PLC, and electrical systems (240V/480V), with a solid understanding of oil/lube and bearing applications.
• Skilled in using general gauges such as calipers, micrometers, cylinder gauges, and dial indicators, along with hand and power tool usage for precise work.
• Skilled in close tolerance measurement, part drawing interpretation, and flexible availability for overtime and weekend work as needed, with a strong initiative and ability to take on additional tasks as needed by management.
