Summary
To lead assigned maintenance team in effective troubleshooting and reliability improvements to production equipment.
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Pay
$34.00-$35.00/Hour
Raises Every 6 Months Depending On Experience
Shifts
11:00PM-7:30AM Sunday - Thursday
Overtime as needed (must be open to working 12 hour shifts as this position will be transitioning to 12 hour shifts.)

Description
- Lead technician(s) for assigned shift; responsible for communications to his shift
- End of shift hand off to incoming shift
- Sets priorities for the shift technician(s) related to downtime, PM’s and projects
- Monitor work being done on assigned shift and support the team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production needs, ensuring support for production demands.
- Plan and assign tasks to technicians on shift.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
- Ensure maximum system efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Provide training and instructions to team members.
- Ensure tools, parts, and supplies are available for tasks.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair controls and components (120 VAC, 24 VDC).
- PLC: Troubleshoot and edit programs.
- Pneumatics: Understand and troubleshoot pneumatic circuits.
- Mechanical: High-level troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems.
- Robotics: Point teaching, programming, and movement modifications.
- Welding: Proficient in SMAW/Stick or GMAW/Mig welding.
- Hydraulics: Understand and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits.
- Utilities: Air compressor troubleshooting and repair.
Work Environment
- Work shift as assigned and overtime is required, as needed.
- Will be required to do the following throughout the shift: standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching above and below shoulders, moving left to right repetitively, grasping, and fine finger dexterity.
- May be required to lift during shift up to 40 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required with this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- The performance of this position requires exposure to manufacturing areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as steel toed shoes, safety glasses with side shields
